Show up hungry for good food and even better company!

Hibachi Anonymous will host reservations at 5:00 pm EST on Day 2, Day 4, & Day 5.

Cost: $42 per person

($30 discounted Teppanyaki cover charge plus nondiscounted gratuities of $12)

  • Add the Hibachi Anonymous experience to your EDSea reservation by logging into your Sixthman account, clicking into your EDSea reservation, and scrolling to the Add-Ons section to add your preferred dinner reservation day to your account. These dinner reservations are PER PERSON, not per cabin. 

    NOTE: Please add this experience to your reservation by October 22nd (pending availability). Seats are limited and may not be available for purchase on the ship. 

  • In order to add the Hibachi Anonymous reservation to your Sixthman account successfully, you will need to submit full payment at that time. Since you're paying in advance for this dinner experience, you will not be charged for your meal when you dine! The only thing you would be charged for at dinner would be items you decide to order outside of what the Teppanyaki cover charge includes.

    Teppanyaki cover charge covers appetizers (soup + salad), entreé, and dessert!

  • You will not know who you're dining with until you arrive and are seated! This dinner reservation experience is one big blind (friend) date. Teppanyaki tables accommodate 8 place settings per grill, so you will be organized into groups no larger than 8 Headliners. 

  • Hibachi Anonymous will only happen at 5pm ET on Days 2, 4, and 5. If you need to change your selected reservation time after your initial purchase, please contact Sixthman Guest Services. We will do our best to accommodate the change! 

  • If you've never experienced hibachi before, you're in for a treat!

    Your dinner group will have your own personal chef cooking on a large grill right in front of you and they will be preparing what you've ordered alongside the orders of the rest of the people in your group (they can make note and be cautious of any allergies upon notice).

    Appetizers will be a traditional salad + soup pairing. You'll let your server know your entreé selection. And the chef will do the rest in delivering your rice/noodles, veggies, and proteins to your plate! After the entreés have been served, you will let your server know which dessert you'd like to have.

    Throughout the meal, the chef will give a truly iconic performance while manning the grill. You can expect singing, jokes, and even some interactions with you and the other diners. Singing along with the chefs is highly encouraged! In addition to the Teppanyaki action, the Hibachi Anonymous team will provide ice-breaker topics and conversation cards to help everyone get to know each other!

    Every Teppanyaki guest will be served the salad + soup pairing to start, their chosen entreé, and one dessert. 

    Anything ordered outside of the items above, such as beverages or additional food items, will not be covered in what you have already paid and the final bill will be given to you for signature and added to your ship onboard spending account. 

    Note: You'll see a $60 cover charge listed at the bottom of the menu. As mentioned before, all Headliners get 50% OFF Specialty Dining on EDSea! So your price to dine with Hibachi Anonymous will only be $30 (plus the nondiscounted gratuities), and you will have already paid this cover charge when you add this experience to your reservation ahead of sailing.
